Relax and enjoy serene nights with the help of our Sleep & Relaxation Routine. It brings together a duo of supplements that work synergistically to promote relaxation and help restore restful sleep:
- Organic Ashwagandha KSM-66®: an ashwagandha root extract, an adaptogenic plant that helps the body better manage stress. It promotes relaxation and helps reduce anxiety, for more peaceful nights.
- Sleep Formula: a combination of plant extracts and sustained-release melatonin, specially designed to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and promote deeper, more restorative sleep, without addiction.
Directions for use
For Organic Ashwagandha, take 2 capsules per day with a glass of water, at any time of the day.
For the Sleep Formula, take 2 capsules in the evening with a glass of water, 1 hour before bedtime.
Ingredients
- Organic Ashwagandha: Ashwagandha root extract* (Withania somnifera (l.) Dunal) titrated at 5% withanolides (KSM-66®), vegetable capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose). *Ingredient from organic farming.
- Sleep Formula: K-Caps® vegetable capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis L.), passionflower leaf extract (Passiflora incarnata L.), rice starch, California poppy aerial parts extract (Eschscholzia californica Cham.), climbing hop cone extract (Humulus lupulus L.), melotimeTM (sustained-release melatonin).
Precautions for use
Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a dry place, away from heat and light.
Organic Ashwagandha is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, young children and people suffering from hyperthyroidism. If you have a family history of thyroid disease, consult a doctor.
The Sleep Formula is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Supplement not recommended in case of personal or family history of hormone-dependent cancer. Reserved for adults. People following drug treatment must first consult a health professional. Taking melatonin should be limited to occasional use.
