Directions for use
We recommend taking 4 capsules of Multivitamins and 3 capsules of Magnesium per day with a glass of water.
Regarding Omega 3, take 4 capsules per day with a glass of water. We recommend consuming this product during a meal. After opening, keep the product dry.
Does not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a dry place, away from heat and light. Our Omega 3 is not suitable for vegan or vegetarian diets.
Our Multivitamins are not recommended for smokers (presence of beta-carotene), people suffering from thyroid disorders and people on anticoagulant treatment.
Our Omega 3 is not recommended in case of anticoagulant treatment.
Our Magnesium Bisglycinate is not recommended in cases of hypertension or renal or cardiac insufficiency.
